Service availability

When placing an order on the Website, you assure that you are over 18 years of age. The products offered are distributed in the member states of the European Union: Likewise, our products are also distributed in the following areas: North America, South America, Asia.

You can buy from the country you prefer, but we can only send your order to addresses located in the chosen country. When changing countries, the shipping methods, delivery points and other conditions of sale will be updated.

Purchase procedure

1. The items to be purchased must be selected and added to the shopping bag by clicking on the corresponding icon.

2. The shopping bag will contain the reference of the selected item, the price shown does not include transport, whose rates will vary depending on the selected shipping method.

3. To make the purchase, the customer's personal data will be required, which will be incorporated into our database in order to be able to process the order and, where appropriate, facilitate the making of new purchases through the Website. The personal data provided by customers will be treated in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Policy. The client will be able to access, at any time, the personal data provided and the information of the orders placed. The client, however, acknowledges that by clicking on the "Confirm payment" button, he acquires the obligation to pay for the product(s) when Orejudo accepts the order. In this sense, when Orejudo accepts the order, it will notify the client through a new email confirming that the order has been sent or, where appropriate, that it is available for collection (the "Confirmation"). The contract between the client and Orejudo in relation to the requested product(s) will be understood to be perfected when Orejudo sends the client its Confirmation. Product availability

All orders are subject to the manufacturing of each order, the manufacturing time of the orders is subject to the amount and the requested references. The usual delivery time is two to three weeks, but you will receive mail with a mailing date in each case.

Right not to accept an order

Orejudo may cancel any Confirmed order or not accept an order placed for the following reasons:

In such cases, Orejudo will fully reimburse the amounts that have been paid in accordance with the provisions of these conditions.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The prices on this Website are shown in Euros. The customer can buy from the country they prefer. If during the purchase procedure the customer changes the delivery address and the country of destination is modified, the prices and availability of items shown in the final summary of the order will be updated.

The prices of the products can change at any time but the possible changes will not affect the orders in which Orejudo has sent the client his confirmation.

Value Added Tax

All the prices of the products that appear on this Website include VAT at the current rate at any time. For deliveries made in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the corresponding taxes and excise duties will be applied in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories.

Billing

Payment Methods

Orejudo will only accept payments made by credit or debit card, (indicate payment methods) or by bank transfer or by telephone purchase.

Payment by credit or debit card

Orejudo agrees to process the payment through the Paypal system.

Customers can link their Paypal account with Orejudo's. In this way, it will not be necessary to enter personal data in each purchase made through this system.

Payment by bank transfer

All expenses derived from making the payment by transfer will be borne by the client. For payments to be made by transfer, customers will be provided with the account number to which they must make the deposit. As a reference, the client must indicate his order number and his full name. The customer will have a period of three (3) working days from the date they placed their order to make the payment. The order will not be considered accepted until it is effectively verified that the deposit has been received. If after the indicated period THE COMPANY has not received the corresponding amount, the order will be cancelled.

Payment security

In order to provide maximum security to the payment system, Orejudo uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. In this sense, the confidential payment data is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. For card payments, Orejudo only accepts CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions including, if applicable, the international 3D Secure protocol distinguished by the Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express Safekey distinctives. Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee security in Internet transactions.

When making the payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. DELIVERY

 

The risk of the products will be borne by the client from the moment of delivery. Products purchased through the Website will be shipped through a courier company and will be delivered within the period indicated on the Website according to the shipping method selected.

To avoid delivery incidents (wrong addresses, impossibility of finding someone at home, etc.), it is essential to fill in the corresponding form correctly.

The transport price is calculated based on the chosen shipping method and the total price of the products purchased.

It will not be possible to send orders to post office boxes. Shipping costs may be modified at any time without prior notice. ONLINE CHANGES AND/OR RETURNS POLICY. RESPONSIBILITY

Right to withdraw from the purchase or changes

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product(s) purchased and/or changes, without justification, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. (minimum 14 days, according to article 71 of Law 3/2014 of March 27). In the event that the products that make up your confirmed order are delivered separately, on different dates, for the purposes of return, the date of receipt of the last product will operate.

In the event that the customer returns all the products in his order within the first fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the last product, he will be refunded all payments received after the purchase, including shipping costs (with the exception of the additional expenses resulting from the choice by the customer of a shipping method other than the least expensive method of ordinary delivery offered).

If the customer decides to keep any product and, consequently, partially cancel their order, or return the products after fourteen (14) calendar days, only the price paid for the products will be refunded and the shipping costs will not be refunded.

In any of the cases, the return of the products will be made as established in the following sections within a period not exceeding the aforementioned 14 calendar days.

Conditions of changes and/or returns

Orejudo will not be able to accept changes or returns of used or damaged products (as long as it is not a quality or manufacturing defect).

Personalized clothing and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned. The change of a model for a different one will not be accepted. To exchange a product for a different one, the customer must return it and make a new purchase.

Any return or exchange of purchased products must be carefully packaged and include the delivery note.

Once the product(s) has been received, Orejudo will verify its good condition and, if a change has been requested, it will proceed to send the required product or, if a return has been requested, it will proceed to refund the amount in the same payment method used. in the purchase

Once the status of the returned products has been verified, the customer will be informed via email. The refund will be made within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from when Orejudo has been made aware of the decision to withdraw. However, Orejudo may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the customer has submitted proof of their return, depending on which condition is met first.

The reimbursement of shipping costs will be made after the products. To make the payment of orders paid by bank transfer, the client must indicate an IBAN code to Orejudo so that the corresponding amount can be paid. The IBAN code must belong to a bank in the country to which the order is sent.

In any case, the client will not incur any financial expense as a result of the refund.

Return of erroneous or defective products

In the event that Orejudo has mistakenly sent a different product from the one requested, that the quality of the product sent is not adequate or that the product does not conform to the provisions of the contract, Orejudo, once the error or defect has been verified , will fully reimburse the amount of the returned product and the shipping costs incurred as well as the other costs that the customer would have incurred to return the defective product.

In the event that an erroneous or defective order is returned by ordinary postal mail, Orejudo will make the payment corresponding to the return transport as long as the client includes proof of the expenses incurred for said return in the package.

GUARANTEE

To customers who make their purchases as consumers, Orejudo offers guarantees on the products marketed through the Website, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (hereinafter, "TRLGDCU").

Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that the lack of conformity that manifests itself in the two (2) years after the delivery of the product already existed when it was delivered.

In this sense, if any of the products are not in accordance with the contract, the client must notify Orejudo through any of the means of communication provided for in these conditions.


ASSIGNMENT AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS

 

The client may not transmit, assign or transfer a contract or any of the rights or obligations derived from it without having previously obtained the written consent of Orejudo.

No waiver by Orejudo of a right to a specific action derived from this contract will imply a waiver of other rights or actions unless it is expressly communicated in writing.

In accordance with the legislation that regulates the ownership of intellectual and similar rights, this Site and all its elements, brands, designs, photographs, texts, illustrations, logos, sequences that are animated or not, sound or not, graphics, etc., as well as its compilation are the exclusive property of the Seller, who does not grant any license or right other than to consult the Site.

The use, reproduction, duplication, copying, sale, resale, accessibility, modification or any other exploitation, whether in whole or in part, of the Site, its content or the marks for any purpose is prohibited. , except with the prior written authorization of the Seller
