ABOUT US

We like what we do, we are the second generation of a family of artists from Salamanca. Since the Orejudo brothers began to create their work in their first artisan workshop, our style has achieved its own identity with a high degree of artistic quality. Origins Our father Enrique already modeled original clay pieces in the fifties. It was carved on bone, ivory or wood. His brothers painted and decorated the pieces. Enrique Orejudo, endowed with a great gift and artistic sensitivity, has dedicated his entire life to his profession. Sculptor since he was six years old, he has achieved a master's degree and technical perfection. Recognition and demand were not long in coming. In 1978 they moved to new workshops with new apprentices and craftsmen. Our grandfather at that time traveled to sell catalog by hand to specialized stores. The sample book was expanded, custom furniture is made. The great altarpieces for churches and sanctuaries arrive. New Generation Hands become experts, talent and wisdom is transmitted to our training. We, Enrique, Jorge and Vega, after obtaining our degrees in Fine Arts, joined the project. The theme is extended and the styles are refined. Orejudo increases its offer for high decoration. We interpret in relief the works of the great universal artists such as Leighton, Raphael, Klimt, Van Gogh. New self-inspired models are also created for a more contemporary development of the firm. Our international journey begins. The fairs of Paris, Milan, Porto or Frankfurt arrive. Clients from all over the world order our reliefs, sculptures and accessories for their decorations. Despite the demand, the artisanal processes are maintained. Consequently, our portfolio of clients, followers and enthusiasts of the Orejudo firm increases. We can be very proud of the appreciation and increasingly exclusive demand for our work. Our demanding objective is always to maintain high plastic quality without losing the essence of the artisan process. Currently we are closer to you through social networks. We hope to transmit all the emotions and creative passions with the same enthusiasm with which our father began more than seventy years ago. Our tradition ennobles the material, now more than ever converted into objects of worship.
